1. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2โ€“4 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer โ€” but I always work hard to get your order out quickly.

2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3โ€“7 business days once shipped.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because many items are made to order, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and Iโ€™ll make it right.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, adjustments may not be possible.

5. What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen?

Once your order is shipped, the carrier (USPS/UPS) is responsible for delivery.
If your package is lost or marked delivered but you didnโ€™t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Verify your address

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Iโ€™ll always help guide you, but I cannot replace or refund orders that are lost, delayed, or stolen by the carrier.

6. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers who live in my area.
At checkout, simply choose the Local Pickup option, and Iโ€™ll contact you with pickup details once your order is ready.

At this time, I do not offer local delivery โ€” pickup only.

7. Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Some items can be personalized depending on the design.
Send me a message and Iโ€™ll let you know whatโ€™s possible.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Buy Now, Pay Later options may also appear at checkout.

9. Do you restock items?

Restocks depend on product availability. Some items are limited edition, while others are restocked regularly. Follow my social pages for updates!
